  1. First, we discuss your specific needs. For which Marketing function, range of tasks and period are you looking for an Xtra recruit? And what knowledge, experience and skills are you looking for?
  2. We will select the most suitable profiles on that basis. We will present them to you on the basis of a comprehensive CV.
  3. Following this, we will be happy to schedule a personal interview with the candidate (or candidates) that seem most compatible to you. This can be either online or in person, depending on your preference.
  4. Are any of these candidates your perfect match? Then we will make sure your Xtra recruit can start as soon as possible!
  5.  At the start of the project, we will identify your expectations based on the ACES quality process. Over the course of the entire project, we will verify whether these expectations are being met and make adjustments where necessaryg.
  6. Our consultants are continuously mentored by recognised coaches and participate in the clearXperts Academies to keep abreast of the last trends in HR.
