At clearXperts, we firmly believe that people really do make a difference. Only when people grow can businesses grow, too. And so we invest in our people. Both in professionals with several years of experience, and in promising start-ups who have just graduated. We have been doing this for 15 years, now with more than 200 colleagues. We identify their talents and competencies. But above all, we look at their ambitions. And then we build on that.
All that talent and all that energy, we are only too happy to share with our clients. We make sure they can deploy the right people to achieve their growth, whether in Finance & Legal, whether in HR, whether in Marketing.
After more than 15 years, clearXperts has become a close-knit family. And like any family, we like to spend quality time together.
- Our Well feeling team organises various activities around sports, culture and vitality & resilience. From wine tastings, theatre performances and running races to biscuit baking, SUP, painting and yoga, we provide something for everyone.
- We also go on teambuilding trips together at home or abroad every year. This is how we celebrated our 10th anniversary in Croatia. In 2022, we went to Portugal together and this year Mallorca is on the schedule, atmosphere guaranteed!
- Moreover, we meet quarterly to look back at the past months, look to the future together and discuss our plans.
But also share what we have.
We chose to support the fight against cancer. After all, a lot of research and prevention is still needed if we are to conquer this terrible disease. Every year, we organise the ‘cX Warmathons’ to raise as much money as possible for Kom op tegen Kanker. While walking, running or cycling, we collect as many kilometres as possible together. Those kilometres are then converted into Euros by clearXperts.
