- We will then be happy to schedule a personal interview with the candidate (or candidates) who seem most suitable to you. This can be either online or in person, depending on your preference.
- Are any of these candidates your perfect match? Then we will make sure your Xtra worker can start as soon as possible!
- At the start of the project, we identify your expectations based on the ACES quality process.Throughout the project, we check whether these expectations are met and make adjustments where necessary.
