Will you be our Xtra human?
- You will process monthly payroll for +250 colleagues and be responsible for following up and processing the entire HR administration; contracts, timekeeping, L&D, legal documents, insurance, accesses, fringe benefits,…
- You are the point of contact for your colleagues on hard HR questions; payroll, insurance, HR admin,…
- You administratively process the complete in and out of service of colleagues
- Thanks to your warm personality, you provide a warm welcome to the new colleagues, together with the HR Business Partners and the Management team
- You will keep relevant HR documents, procedures and policies up to date and implement the latest social legal developments; labor regulations, HR Manual, Payroll Manual, home working policy…
- Reporting to Joris, our HR Manager, you will work closely with other colleagues on the HR team
- Given the range of duties, you will be expected in the office approximately 3 days per week (work from home days by arrangement). It is important that you are flexible to come to the office on onboarding, start-up, off-duty, ….

– A bachelor’s or master’s degree within human resources, HR or an economic field combined with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or Payroll Officer, so hard HR processes and social legislation hold no secrets for you
– Knowledge of eBlox is a great asset
– Your personality; an HR doer, pragmatic, independent and hands-on, structured and accurate and always ready to help others
